Refund policy

We offer refunds within 14 days of delivery for unused, unopened products. Items must be returned in their original packaging. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

We want you to be completely happy with your Oneul experience. If for any reason you're not satisfied with your order, please review the following policy regarding returns and refunds.

 

1. Your Right to Cancel (UK Customers)

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods.
To cancel, please contact us at info@oneul.co.uk with your name and order number.

 

 

2. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a refund:

  • Items must be unopened, unused, and in original condition

  • Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery

  • Items must be returned to us within 14 days of cancellation request

  • For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used skincare/cosmetic products

 

3. Return Process

  1. Email info@oneul.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Once approved, you will receive return instructions.

  3. Pack items securely and include your order details.

  4. Return postage is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty.

  5. Once received and inspected, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

4. Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please email us within 7 days of delivery with photos and details.

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, customers are entitled to:

  • A full refund within 30 days for faulty goods

  • A replacement or repair within 6 months

  • A partial refund if the item cannot be repaired or replaced after 6 months

5. Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used skincare & cosmetic products

  • Free gifts or promotional items

  • Gift cards

6. International Returns

International customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable customs declarations.
We recommend tracked shipping. We are not responsible for lost return parcels.

 

7. Refunds (Timeline & Method)

Refunds will be processed once your return is received and inspected.
Refunds are made via the original payment method only.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was faulty.
